Had a test drive of a fairly basic 1.5 diesel qashqai at that dealer last year.

Possibly. We rented a 1.6 for our 1000 mile holiday in June. It was good but three up with luggage it struggled a bit on the many hills we have. Plus i want something with a bit more go.

That Chesham dealer has a Ranger and a Hilux if the budget permits.  :-\

Ideal for a farmer and you could chuck the MIL in the back on a deckchair!  :y  What could possibly go wrong?  ;D

Will be keeping 4x4 for daily use around the tracks. I want something wih a bit of space and comfort. Distances are so big here. Short listed 3 cars. All have the dreaded M for Madrid word.
