I've just clicked on the link and it tells me I too need facebook,so as with some others on here I too am out,sorry.

As above.  You do NOT need Faceache to complete it. I've done it & not on Faceache

As an example: What is your ethnicity? Sorry, but I didn't decide, my parents and ancestry passed that one on! 8) 8) 8)

Not sure why this would be an issue on an anonymised survey being used for non-commercial purposes?  :-\

As to the ill-thought-out, perhaps a little consideration of who created it and the (likely) lack of upfront support  ::)

BTW, Done! I thought it might be useful to populate the survey with something at the lower end of the age spectrum   :D

Hugs, holidays happiness ! ? I did give my age group at the start and it wasn't 18 - 30.
