Relatively low speed, would guess it to be 40-50 km/h, and brand new truck, so, would stop that quickly without much driver intervention loaded or not...

Yes a very lucky child.I'd like to hope that there's a lesson to be learned by so many[not just children!] about how not to cross a road,and learn how to do it properly instead.But I doubt it'll happen.
