Yes, ok to extract the Michael Bliss from, but look at the reactions and bad words he invoked from others, spoiling the nature of the Forum. That's what I meant by "toxic".
The Forum is precious to me and many others; I don't want to see it ruined by demented, delusional people.

Ron.
See him for what he is. A distraction to be ridiculed/ignored/pitied. He is, after all, just a newbie, and he certainly livened things up on a quiet afternoon yesterday.

I completely agree.

Once members stop posting gratuitously offensive posts the forum will be a much better place.

I think the tone has already improved - which was always my objective.

And I hope he has nothing to sell, his postcount seems doomed to stay in single figures.  ;D

Trolls respond by ignoring what the person says, and insult the person.

Decent members respond to what the person says.

You might consider rereading your last post. Slowly and aloud.

This thread seems to have gone OFF TOPIC

which is unusual for this forum  ;D

If Mr John-Ha wants to argue with you all, perhaps it would be better done on a new dedicated thread

let's try and get it back on topic

It's a great forum and very helpful  :y

Exactly what I was thinking, Dave; it's a long way from being grateful for the Forum and all its friendly ways.
Let's not allow ars*holes to spoil it - one bad apple can do that, so best to remove it?

Moggy, your one of the most genuinely lads on here and we know you've had a bit of shit to deal with recently.

You will always be welcome on here mate and I know myself and other members will always help you out in anyway if we can  :) :y

Modern BINI forums are the exact opposite - The best advice is SEE YOUR DEALER
I'm single handedly trying to turn the main UK Jag forum (well, the current XJ section) from the "only a dealer can be trusted to work on your car" into something far more sensible. Boy, its an uphill struggle.

No comment....once the fist of the X260s come out of warranty (September), it will be interesting to see what happens to that section!
Yes, the X260 section looks like it’s in need of a reality check

The X351 seems to be full of those happy to spend hours detailing, but unwilling to look under the bonnet

A thread going off topic is not only to be expected, Dean, it's compulsory.  ;D

And by all but one, it has been received as such... And your original sentiment is very much a valid one :y

For all the back chat and nonsense, this place does two things exceptionally well: Omega life support and general life support.

Long may both last, although the Omega's days are probably numbered ::)
