That could well be related to the fact its running American software, running on American servers situated in an American Datacenter (SIC), set with an American timezone and American locales.

Go on, say American one more time  :D ;D
And an American OS.

So are the products in the shop only suitable for Cadillac Catera's then?
No, the products are sourced in England, help in England and dispatched from England :P

But are they made in England?  :P

...our most popular product is the v6 cambelt dvd starring Mr DTM.  And he is a jolly foreigner...  ...from Leicestershire :D
