How do I do an online shop on OOF web space?

I want to point people to my page instead of egay, and set up a payment portal - what do I do please?

To be honest, its not a route you want to go down.

Have you checked Ebay Shops. Can't remember monthly charge, but its not extortionate iirc, £20pm I seem to recall....

But if you have set your heart on a shop, and don't fancy Ebay Shops, you have 2 choices - write a shop yourself, or use off the shelf package.

OOF space has 'unix' type technolgies enabled, so php, perl etc.  It does not have asp/aspx enabled.

I suspect most packages use a back end database. We can set up a MySQL database if required.


You may choose whichever clearing house you prefer, but you will have to set an account up with them. Its likely, assuming you have a fairly low turnover (less than £10k per month), you won't get particularly good rates.
