Alternative taillights Omega Estate 94-99

Are therer any alternative taillights for omega estate? does the facelift lights fit?

Perhaps the taillights from the Holden Commodores vx Berlina fits?

Remember that Austrailia does use rear fog lights.

I assumed, maybe incorrectly, that your rear fogs are built into your tail light units. If so, then, as Austrailia doesn't require rear fogs, you'll not get any in yourAussy tail lamps.
