in the y26se there is "Fly by wire" throttle setup by electrical
 connection.

some one can Explain or Expand abot is Little bit,

Rather than being cable operated, the throttle is operated by a servo motor with position feedback based on measured position of the accelerator pedal.

Advantages I suspect are mainly for emissions. You can control how fast the throttle opens and closes and adjust the fuelling accordingly rather then having to apply large corrections to the fuelling to stop the engine stumbling when the throttle is snapped open or closed.

It also allows a non-linear function of throttle angle to pedal position to be applied to make the car more controllable. Cruise control and traction control become trivial, of course, and a separate idle air valve is not required.

Oh, and there's no cable to break (just a load of other more complex stuff!).
