Water leak

Hi hope u can help ive got a water leak as the rac man said a plastic cuplin with pipes going and one coming out its a plastic thing thats round any ideas thanks

h b v   is a round thing which has the heater pipes attatched to it that operates the heater......on a 2.2 omega looking from the front of the car it lays on the left hand side towards the back of the engine near the bulkhead,,,tucked away down the side of the engine block.....not sure if a 2.0 ltr is the same... :y

It like black plastic with 2 pipes going in oand one coming if it is the hbv can i fix the leak with anything thanks glenn

You need a new h b v   and some plasters for the cuts and bruises changing it,,lol......actually not too bad a job to do,its just that it is burried out of the way, but will need the cooling system to be drained and bleed it afterwards  ...there is a ..how to do on here,so best of luck with doing it.... :y

When you log in you'll see towards the top of the page where it says home,shop etc there's one that says my messages click on that and you'll be able to send a pm[personal message] to NickW.It must be simple to do as even I can manage it :D ;D
