Its because we are being taken over by big companies. If it was a one man band it would be much better service.In fairness to both companies, a little perserverence, and I ended up dealing with people who seemed to care, and both resolved my issues (one way or another).
In their minds , they dont care if they piss off 100 people , as they would have already got another 1000 on board probably. Very sad but true!
