IF they moan (other than in the bedroom in a good way) ,
remove their oxygen privileges the day before you pour new footings ,and move on  :y
A trick "Fred the Builder" taught me 
I'm on my third , you can get replacements on-line nowadays  :y

Be careful Ron , if you buy off ebay ,chances are ,it would be a  used one ,and may have faults
If you pay by paypal ,but collect in person ,you will not be entitled to a refund (new rules)
so, have it delivered ,then your fully covered with paypal payment protection  :y

Yep, that would do ir. Also, I favour the approach taken by a pub near Wareham; it's called "The Silent Woman" and the inn sign depicts a headless woman - that will stop her moaning!  :y :y :y

Mrs Builder has said I "spend too much time making other people's houses nice to live in", I just put that down to her not understanding the complexities of my job (being a builder = making other people's houses nice)  :-\

Yes,R134 has just about doubled in price :-\

Is that cos it's hot & everyone is topping up their air con? Supply & demand ....

Not sure why but it was before this hot spell
I heard that some factories were offline for maintenance, and another one(s) suffered a problem causing a long shutdown, so only 1 or 2 factories left producing in Europe currently.

Yup, similar scenario, only the CO2 was more recent.
