Omega B (2002) CID issue
« on: 02 March 2015, 06:57:14 »

Need help in solving the problem I have with my CID I brought a spear CID incase the original one goes wrong the one I got as a spear was unpaired from doner car made sure that it had the same part number and ident code as the original one that was fitted to the car every thing works how it should but for some reason it says
Attention brake lamp fuse
Brake lamp fuse is ok not blown and all 3 brake lights work have put my tech 2 on the car and gone into the data list for the CID and it's saying there's a brake lamp fuse fault.

With the msg I get I don't get the brake light check when you turn the ignition on just brake lamp fuse and every 15 mins.
I put the original CID back in and problem gone also checked the part numbers in tech 2 on both CIDs and they are the same
What could be causing this issue I have no idea where to look??

Just plugged tech 2 in this morning and found a DCT in the CID this is what it's saying
33 Add on heater circuit high input

This car don't even have a add on heater so this is strange

Which is why I think code index is wrong. What is the code index on it?
