Strange phenomenom, Door locking
« on: 08 May 2016, 23:09:19 »

Hi all, as per title, when we have damp weather, my drivers doors goes into the six pushes mode before the car locks, but the the drivers door still has to be locked with the key. However, when the sun comes out, it goes back to standard locking.
I can only assume damp is affecting something somewhere, but if it is getting wet, why does it not blow a fuse :o
Any suggestions or comments appreciated.
Could the motor be wrapped in duct tape to protect it ;)

Driver's side C/L motor is knackered ;)

It's supposed to unlock itself again if all doors don't lock so that you're aware of it. I need to sort mine so generally just lock it with the key or pushing the button down
