Hi All
I'm new to the site got bit by the bug two years ago got a 2.5gls wanted more and have just sourced a 1999 3ltr Elite with all the toys all working except the sat nav reason no disc in the drive I think its a carin system as the unit is Philips and the rom is in the boot
the question is where do I source the disc and what do I look for local dealer says no help sorry no longer supported. Ive seen all these sites which offer cd at fantastic prices way over my budjet any one throw me some help please

The Carin system is a bit old, but still works OKish. Screen in wrong place, and control knob is awkward.

The disc can be got from the mapping companies, but they are not cheap.

Maybe someone here has a spare older disc, though less likely I guess.

You could try ebay, maybe someone has last year's disc, and has bought this year's, and wants to sell old one?  May be a grey area legally, so check with seller if he is allowed to transfer ownership... ;)

We do not allow discussion of distributing copyright software on here, so don't ask for torrent or edonkey links...
