Title: Removing the facelift climate control panel

If you pull out the stereo and the heated seat switches, will the climate control panel slide out easily? or is there further work involved?

Yes I have. Problem is, it doesn't say whether the climate control unit slides out or not. It just removes the entire walnut effect fascia without a discussion on whether the climate control panel can be separated from the fascia.

Therefore I wanted to know whether after having removed the stereo and the heated seat switches directly below, if the climate control panel can be slid out?

Radio out, two screws, ashtray out (one screw) and the centre trim comes out.

Free the two clips on each end of the panel and push towards the dash. Unplug the two electrical connections.

Refit in reverse and call it done.

Took longer to type ;)
