Sounds a bit of a harsh way of doing the job though, couldn't we just find the plug and pull it out and let it drain that way? :D

Fords little SUV is the Ecosport, don't know about the rest of it but the interior is Fiesta. They were built in India but I believe production has now moved possibly to Turkey and Ford proudly proclaim that build quality has been improved on the latest version-which is just as well as I'd hate o think it had got worse!

Discussing this at work and we have the answer :y Get a load of RO/RO ferries and string them bow to stern across the channel, that way traffic can use the load decks as a tunnel.Using a "traffic light"system the tunnel can then be opened/closed[by tugs or similar]to allow shipping through in "blocks".See job sorted :D :D ;D

Used it for work today.Started and drove with all clocks/radio working, stopped at a shop started it no clocks or radio working.Came home later all working again, stopped at supermarket to do shopping and all not working again.Another thing I noticed[it may have been doing this before without my noticing it]was that when I turned ignition off the rev counter needle was still flickering/vibrating against its stop.

Local Ford stealer has replaced two engines in nearly new Fiestas[both cars had service history and were still under warranty]this week alone.Mind you they've also replaced a powershift gearbox in a Galaxy under warranty too.

The base model R9 [TL I  think]didn't have a passenger side sun visor and from memory the front passenger seat didn't adjust fore and aft,you had to go to at least the next one up in the range[TC?] to get such luxuries as standard :D
