WELL i have the elite running at last thanks to elite Pete
doing the cambelt swap . what a great chap; only 235 pound to do the change' new water pump and coolant as well [ parts included ] in the price ' he also got the timing perfect and sorted out the breather pipes . so its now running much better and im getting better fuel economy . 
And he also puts everything back were it should go with all clips fastened and bolts torque up correctly' highly recommended
they fit a nice tight fit over the standard tail pipes on my elite. and the outlet size is 3 inch [ so not to big] they come with clamps but you dont need the clamps as they are such a good fit [ need tapping on with a rubber hammer . they wont be coming off thats for sure :they are also slash cut and perferated so don't sound like a wet fart and fit the shape of the bumper good . best bit of all though is they are only 10 pounds each [ free delivery] hears the ebay number
