i have an ipod nano. bloody sound problems on it. basically the sound wont come thru the head phones but i knew the headphones were good.

i pressed the menu button and the central button together until the apple sign showed up.

it restored the sound settings and now no probs.

just thought id pass this on

yo dudes and dudettes,

as some of you know im on a weight loss programme (atkins effectively). its going great an ive lost 20lb in two weeks!!!!! 

when i get to my target weight of 13 1/2  - 14 stone im gonna reward myself with a half sleeve tattoo.... wrist to elbow, blackand grey, no colour..

this is a pic of what id want... what do you think?

well time has come to shift some of my bear fat. today and tonight is a last blow out before tomorrow so im gonna treat myself to a few beers!!! 

im on a variation of the atkins diet. im cutting out carbohydrates (not gonna exceed 30g a day) and not take on any sugar.

soooo this means i can scoff as many eggs and cheese and meat as i want. but no pasta, potatoes, bread, rice etc

so tomorrows lunch:

2 burgers, 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, a packet of nuts and some babybells

i absolutely love oasis... i saw them at wembley 3 gigs before they split up thank god.

got the beady eye album today not expecting it to be up to much.... bloody loved it.

cant believe how early beatles the stuff is and also john lennon solo type stuff. really great listen
