Astra H ECU coding
« on: 22 August 2017, 14:30:11 »

Colleague has been plagued with a cutting out issue with his 05 Astra 1.6 Petrol, his ECU has been condemned by a specialist. The question is what's needed to replace it, i.e a full ECU kit including instruments or can a second hand ECU unit be programmed? He has the car pass for it

If it was me I would get a second opinion on a failed ECU, they rarely fail and when they do its normally an wont start issue.  :-\
