Probably huge differences per team, I think some teams in Sky you could hear that and some others that it's brilliant to work for. Large variation in big corps I think.
I'd agree.

My previous role was corrosive, and that was 100% down to a very, very poor (mis)management chain.  Fortunately, due to my stubbornness, I wasn't going to walk without the package that I was entitled to.  Now, since moving roles, I have a far better management structure above...  ...until the next one of those graduate manager bright ideas, aka, reorg ;D

I just started shopping for quotes for my 2.5 V6 and its about £80 less than last year with 7 years protected NCB, overnighted on the drive and in an office car park most days, 8,000 miles / year and commute I got to work.
Every time I go on the comparison sites it's getting less
