Seen a few we like recently, but the property market has stalled a bit, due to uncertainty around brexit I think. Normally properties which sell fast are on market for a long time. Sometimes think it's worth a cheeky offer, but we are in no position to sell at the moment.

Think you are exactly right, selling ours is the problem ideal family house spacious huge garden , we would be downsizing but gaining a double garage , conservatory and en suite so from our point of view cash buy with money left over , but taking a mortgage on at the moment is risky so selling could be a problem, if we lose the one we are after we will leave it on the market & see what turns up.
