« on: 20 June 2009, 22:00:19 »

How much are they from the Dealers the front bumper that is?
And how much for a 3.2 Cambelt kit, used a Gates kit on the other meega that was £104 same price for a 3.2?

Hey LSG,

Oooh, its a wee bit hard to see on a black car, ain't it?!

I'd say unless you're lucky enough to find a replacement, or you're happy to downgrade to a standard 'C' bumper, you're better off mending it!

If it were mine I'd have a go at it, certainly. fibreglass from the rear, filler, etc...

Although... if you do find a replacement and find that one in the way, I would be very happy to 'take it off you hands' save it taking up all that room in your bin  :y

;D ;D
Yeah was thinking about just filling it to be honest, I best buy the car first really though  :D
If I were to get it wouldn't wanna downgrade to a normal 'C' bumper as I do love the look of the MV6 style  :) I love the black colour though if we agree on a date to view I will defiantley have it off of him  :y

Have you got a trade club card?
I've had a look on the trade club website and the cambelt kit is listed at £130 retail, and £103.08 on trade club.

I've got a trade card, although I think I'm a bit too far away as I'm in Oxford. But if you're ever up this way then more than happy to help out. I know I'm going down to Ashford in august...but I think that's far too far away to be of any help.

Cheaper to buy the bumper direct from Prodrive (they made them for Vauxhall) than buy from Vauxhall still very expensive. I'd get it fixed if you can.

I've got one I need to get resprayed when funds allow.....  ::)
