Rotten lambda
« on: 22 June 2009, 17:52:01 »

I've just changed my front downpipe due to a leaking flex join. (almost as cheap for pipe, as it was for a replacement flex joint).

Trying to remove the lambda from the old one - forget it! loads of plusgas and heat, eat your heart out - won't budge, and is now rounding....

Ah well. £77 for a new GM one....  >:(

I can't get too upset though, 'cos at least I got my spark plug out ;D

You can't chop the boss out and put a slice down the side to ease undoing?
