The dealers receive bonuses based on the feedback scores from Jag (and pretty much all the other marques), such a low score from me is considered a full on failure and requires specific investigation.

I sounds as though Jag dealers have not improved since I had an XJ6,(a lovely car) back in the '80's. I swore then I wouldn't buy a car from them again. :(

The only Jag that appeals to me at all is an E type always loved that shape .
Its a good job we are all different :y

I ended up with a Jag as I couldn't find *anything* else that met my well published, fairly open requirements.  There is actually very little choice out there.

Trouble is, the dealers are every bit as shit as BMW, Merc and Audi in my personal experience. Never used a Lexus dealer, so can't comment.

Friend with an SUV is impressed with them and the cars. Now on his 3rd. No room in the 'boot' mind.

Having used FWD diesel for over a year as my commuter, it reminded me how much a RWD saloon with lots of power is now must have for me.  :)

600Nm and rear tyre durability are incompatible. Beware what you wish for.

Indeed. I'm getting a distinct case of "fatty admin" throttle control syndrome, not sure how long these Kumho's will last.  ::)

Trouble with those little blighters is whilst they have midrange grip, they have no real feedback.  So get too lary, the tyres might outlast the car ;D

F-Pace?

Cost aside, views?  When TBE dies, I think that (or Evoque) might be the sort of thing she will want  :'(

Good but not nearly as refined are well equipped as the XF, rather huge to!

Anyway service done.......and they buggered up the fit of some trim and door seal on the NSF A post......total and utter useless arse holes in every sense.

I think its based on the XE platform, rather than current XF platform.

Trim? On a service?  Sadly I'm not surprised they cock everything up - it seems that most customers are interested in the coffee and cakes on offer, rather than what the mongs are doing to the car.

Think you'll be offered another survey?

Dropped the Skoda off for a service.

Then went back to get my house keys out of the Skoda I'd just dropped off for a service.

Yes, the plastic section above the dash panel is not fitted correctly so creaks, I told them to look at it.

They stated they could find nothing wrong although clearly they had tried (and failed) to do something, I pointed out the place where the noise is coming from and the clearly visible section which is out of alignment to some moron from the service team who claimed he could not see it.

Then I spotted the trim out of position.....he tried his hardest to break refit it but failed so its back in on the 8th of Jan

The F-Pace is the same platform as the XE, second gen XF and the soon to be released XJ (and some new Range Rover tat thing)
