1998 2.5 elite in titanimum for sale

right guys have a 2.5 elite on a r regd took it part ex on the 51 plate cdx with a bit of a misfire spent a bit of time on her today and fitted dis pac / leads and spark plugs now runs very sweet in fairly good condition with cloth interior mot till jan 10th no tax very clean and tidy inside 177k miles but doesnt look or drive like it ice cold aircon its a credit to its last owner he spent £300 getting the aircon sorted !!! looking for £450 ish to move it on quick if wanted have a full grey leather im willing to fit !!

Another N00b question.........Here it comes..........


Ok so this car is high mileage, im sure many have this mileage now. What i want to know is are these engines still good for even higher mileage?

Put my mind at ease or scare me away. Just be honest and go easy on me.

PS I love these cars. I just dont own one yet.

Preventative maintenance and regular servicing should see 200,000 miles + easy :y

i have seen these motors with 300k plus and still sweet  :y regular oil changes is the key  :y

Looks very good in the photos, looks like a steal to me!

Who cares about mileage anyway? It’s completely irrelevant on older cars in my opinion.

End of the day, if it purrs like a kitten and pulls like a train, then why not buy it???
