yes sorry should of been more specific,projector headlights have shattered adjusters,and was wondering if there is an easy fix for them??ronnie mc says he has a how to on them somewhere....

it's another classic Vx design ... metal bolt goes into a plastic thread, no prizes for guessing what happens to the plastic thread over time and/or when the screw is driven too far.

Happened on my old miggy (with xenon HID lamps) - followed Ron's guide - superglued the bits of jigsaw puzzle together, then when that set glued around the outside with epoxy to provide strength - job's a good 'un .... it does take a while to get the clear cover off the headlight unit though!

Recently repaired a set of projector headlights the cases had broken on both and found that the adjusters inside had also broken, managed to fix using a set of old headlights I had, granted I had to adapt one of the adjusters as the pins on the old set were shorter than the original but not a problem. I found using the missus hairdryer and alot of time paid off when removing the front covers.
