Scum like these are only big and hard when they have the upper hand in numbers or are faced with frail defenceless people.

The only decision I would have trouble making is just how long i'd make them suffer before I stopped them breathing  :-X >:(

Keep em waiting for a bit though, let them experience the anticipation so as to add a bit more to their discomforture.
