If we make this the first 09 meet i imagine April/May would be the best bet to leave time for Lakes & Newent, ie spring, summer, autumn. This is Ian_D's baby but deserving of those who normally only do the other two to have a looksee. I'd love to see some interest from admins & earlier members whose names go straight down for Newent/Lakes. Given that now they're 5 or 6 months apart i hope those in question give this a chance. It'll go ahead anyway but we'd love more of the aformentioned to be present.

Do you have room for caravans ??  If so, depending on which weekend is chosen, we'll try and come up, its a tad of a drag, but should be worth it.. :)

Just what we wanted. Longer serving members & admins giving this meet a look. (thankyou Entwood & Broocie) It at least as good as the others, hav'nt been to Newent (yet) so won't say better but the marquees & power cover cold evenings/wet days that can spoil an otherwise good meet so we need Jaimie, MDTM, Tunnie, Bob Dent, The Zoks, Tony H, S.P 32 & ALL the rest of you who hav'nt attended to do so this year. BBQ, Curry, healthy egg sausage & bacon rolls in the morning & a Sunday Booty/market to walk off the previous nights excesses!!! :D
I'll contact Ian with a view to booking in April/May & we'll take it from there. :y

Dates dependent I may be able to make.  I probably wouldn't go camping until mid/late May personally though.

What facilities, as Mrs TB would only come if fully facilities - ie showers and clean toilets, and leccy hookup powerful enough for hairdryer!

The area of the site we had use of last year was without hook up, however the other side of the field/site did have half a dozen pitches complete with hook up. I'm sure that Ian could kick up his genny for Mrs The Boy's hair dryer ..... not that it matters when you're in a field as to what your hair looks like. ;D  ;D

I'm potentially up for this too - Newent is ages away and I'm keen to attend a few OOF meets this year.

I'll bring a tent and be prepared to freeze! (Mind you, it would be a shame to waste the sumptuous leather interior in the mig...)

If she got desperate I'm sure we'd allow her to use some proper facilities ..... and I'll have the generator to run MRs E's hairdryer anyway ....  ....  :)

Hairdryers could be used in the pavillion/bar room/club house.
