Will give it a go, although Its never switched off with the ignition since I've had it. Just another problem to add to the long list of faults since I got her 3 months ago

and if I disconnect the battery will the power sounder go off?Not if you disconnect it within 15 secs of switching the ignition off.
It's in the manualNeed a quick answer as the radio is on loud and I'm probably annoying the neighbours. Just nipping outside to have another go, and will check back in 5 mins,Won't it turn down using either the radio's volume or the steering wheel controls?
