This website that was posted up by another member suggests tooth paste. I know tooth paste works on glass so it should work well on plastic.

I assume you mean the wide 5 spoke type from the earlier facelift elites Karl? If so, I know Elite Pete had a brand new one for sale recently. Not sure if he sold it though...

Changed the Omega 6 weeks ago,
First week had cam covers done and oil and coolant changed, pads and front discs. Then a couple of weeks later had a misfire problem, new plugs, leads and 2 dispacks! running lovely, now........... bloody manifold gasket.
Whats next.............
