Lenovo is apparently unfixable.
Strange that the Lenovo shows the usual / expected networks, but the Sony shows gockonet and some other unheard of option.
Didnt do it yesterday. Just when switched on today.

« on: 25 January 2024, 21:02:35 »Sod that,The springs were readily adjustable but you had to remove the boot lid to safely adjust them.Changed Bonnet Strut to my Omega, yes, just one. Ordered two but the other original was still in good condition. Now I have a spare and it is easier to work there without that wooden stick...I had the patented broom handle when i had my Mk2 Granada saloon. It had an black foam rubber boot spoiler which made the boot lid too heavy for the hinge springs.
The spoiler looked good most of the time, but on frosty days the foam used to burst out where the water that seeped into it froze.
I was young and foolish back then. Now i'm old and foolish.

Why is it so hard to kill people?It seems the Yanks opps it up regularly with the wrong drugs or the wrong mix of drugs, and now are resorting to clamping a gas mask on this fella and making him breath nitrogen.
What's wrong with good old fashioned hanging? I read an account once of an execution in an English prison in the 1950's. The condemned man's cell was next to the execution chamber and there was a secret door between the two. Apparently it took just seven seconds from opening the secret door to dropping him.I'd imagine by the time he realised what was happening he was falling through the hatch...
Alternatively, maybe they should just take the condemned to the vets, who never seem to have any trouble despatching animals.
