You might be lucky and late at night bump into Mr STEMO where he is out on an 'educational' field trip to study and dissect the local wildlife.

There seems to be a lot less Christmas lights this year ?

Not surprising given the price of electrickery this year

Well, my vote this year goes to Royal Wootton Bassett 

Its high street is lined both sides with trees, probably 40-50 trees and all of them have a spiral of white lights, with a huge christmas about half way along with multi coloured lights.

Looks very festive 

Swindon's attempt is a miserable effort, Wood St in the Old Town looks nice......but apart from that 

Highworth, usually scores highly with me, their high street is plastered with small trees inserted into flag pole holders above every shop, but half the trees have whites lights, which is good, the other have blue lights.... a fail for me imo
