in case anyone is interested, not sure on current prices for the MV6 but this seemed a little high.....
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=140315313351
Did notice it did not sell first time round, this is the second time its been listed but still at the same price

Interestingly 2 of his favourite sellers are a motor salvage & a body shop.
Also made a private purchase from someone called Omega5048 who has a negative post for not previously mentioning a car was a Cat C write off.
Enough there to make me walk away without a look.....

Always makes me wary when there is very little details on such a hi spec car. If I were selling it I would be really giving it a good description and pointing out all the good, and bad if any about the car, better pics as well.

I did e-mail to ask about
Cambelt
History
And if he would mind the RAC doing an inspection
His Answer was The car is now sold Sorry

i agree, if i was selling my car, i would list everything, gives a more honest sale, and shows everything that the car has to offer.
Seems a bit strange though, that it has know sold???

You are right Ham!! :y :y The print is too small for me nowadays without my glasses!! ::) ::) :D :D ;)
You would think though that that statement would be in the main body of the page!! :o :o :o Why not do you think, when the E-bay clock is still ticking down? :-? :-? :-? I'm suspicious! ;)

You can add to the description but not alter it with less than 24hrs to go. So why not in big bold letters say sold, which will appear at the foot of the listing description.
One word describes these sort "Amatures"

Nice one Mick, i only fired many questions as a good friend of mine was looking for this spec car and hence i did not want him to be ripped off, the guy was strange anyway so we did the right thing and just walked away........... :y

well done if you not happy with someone then certainly dont buy a car off them only leads to trouble!
-
............also see that it has wood trim.
I can see the front seats are right, but I was firmly of the impression that F/L MV6's were brushed aluminium trim.
Is it really for sale?
Seems very contrdictory................ :-?

I thought having the reg just allowed you to pay for a (discounted) HPI check. Used to be about £6 iirc.

I have noticed some people leaving adverts on sites like ebay just to try and get custom to come their way. www.taylorcars.net has had an MV6 advertised for 6 months that apparently was sold ages ago.
