Met up with the family yesterday, over at Mums, got more pressies :)

Because we're a bigger family, we decided a few years ago to do secret santa style pressies, of a higher value.  So I got another drone to piss Tilbo off - a flying wing :y

Been looking at quadcopters... But should probably get my Cessna finished first, although actually flying it could prove interesting...

Discovered after Crimbo that the dog most definitely does not like quadcopters .. there was a fella flying one in the local park (probably a Crimbo present, as I've never seen him before) with full first-person gear (X-men goggles etc) and the dog went bananas at the noise...

...at least I know if one ever lands in my garden, the Dog will be first there to eat it ;D ;D ... but evidently not a hobby I'll ever be taking up!

Just a quick update. Brought SWMBO home from Papworth this afternoon after her triple bypass op. Groggy as hell and absolutely knackered but chuffed to be home. Thanks for all your good wishes. :y

Glad she is back home, Ronny, I'll bet it was quite a scare. Nice and easy does it, as the song goes. Tell her that there's no need for her to wait on you hand and foot until Wednesday at least.  :)
