headlight fuse

I'm wanting to know what fuse number and where it's located for the right hand headlight on a 2.2 auto Omega registered Sept 2000 as it's not working on dip. It's a zeon headlight. Had this problem 4 yrs ago but can't remember where the fuse is. :-[

Under the steering column... that age should have a pretty picture on the lid telling you what goes where :y

Any idea what the fuse number is as there is no legend just numbers.

#31 = dipped
#32 = main
