CCR2006 fitting cage picture
« on: 25 August 2014, 08:38:57 »

Hi all,
Trying to get ahead of the game here  ;)

I have got a nice  replacement CCR2006 coming to replace the single din Sony HU fitted to my FL MV6.

The cage is being supplied with the unit as the original  cage has been removed by previous owner .

Has anyone got a picture of how the cage is fitted & secured in place (screws /bolts etc.? ) & also how the cables/connectors

route through /around the cage for installation. Have had a search but could not find anything helpful  :(

TIA     Al :y

Ah ! found some info .  Seems it's likely to be a single screw & some "bent" tabs .

But a picture or 2  would be really helpful  ;) ;)

Rob G  ?    Does he have something in the vast picture library I wonder ?   :P :P

If you have trafficmaster (now defunct :(), and don't need the loom for other reasons, remove the TM loom, as it can be fiddly pushing cage back in with the extra large connector in the way

Don't think TM is fitted TB  . . . but will check & remove as advised if it is  :y
