interior lights problem

hi everyone I have an omega 2.2 auto (52 plate) and my interior lights don't work I have looked at owners manual and checked the fuses (under steering wheel) and they are ok can anyone please help cheers rob :(
ps I just replaced the remote fob as the old one was broken and the guy who replaced it plugged a machine into the socket by the fuses and when he had finished he said that its showing faults on the internal alarm sensors , the siren and the interior lights has anyone had this problem or would have any ideas please cheers rob

Double check fuse #7 in cabin box

spot on rob there wasn't even a fuse in number 7 ?? but when I put one in WE HAVE LIGHT lol thanks very much matey cheers rob   :y

Don't want to sound negative on this  . . .but . . .Why was that fuse missing then ?   :-\ :-\

 just being precautionary . . .  someone may have just removed it to use in a emergency for something else  . .

 but there may be an underlying  fault . . . . & therefore a possible flat battery in the morning  :-* :-*

but hope it has fixed it for you  . . .just being cautious ;)
