The mighty 2.8T Signum is extremely rare......

Less than fifty left, at a guess. :)

According to 'How many left'......just one 2.8T Elite remains. So my car is unique and very valuable. :y

So they are both unique then. ;D

As a matching pair they must be worth even more. :)

Wheeler dealers have never had a Vauxhall on the show for some reason.

Wheeler dealers have never had a Vauxhall on the show for some reason.

Its nothing to do with like and don't like, its purely down to the fact Vauxhall have never made a truly iconic car.

Ask the general public and they will go through all number of Cosworth/ Lotus/ XR/ RS branded Fords, Mini's, Italian sports cars, Japanese turbo'd saloons even Swedish estates before very very few will mention the Lotus Carlton or Big Bertha, the only two half stand out cars, neither of which can be bought for sensible money and change hands with any regularity.

Even the VX220 turbo, a fantastic car, never had a Vauxhall written anywhere on it

I bet there's more people that have never even heard of a Cavalier turbo than have

Hence why make a program about a car no one gives a toss about either in Europe or the USA where the programs are made

They have done plenty of cars which weren't iconic, but a bit sporty or interesting. quite a few of the cars they did could have been substituted for the equivalent Vauxhall, so they obviously had something against them.
Golf GTi or Pug 205 GTi  could have been replaced by Astra GTE for example.
Also depends on your definition of iconic. It could be argued that Droopsnoot Firenza, Chevette HS, maybe even Mk3 Cavalier SRi, and certainly Lotus Carlton were iconic.
