Being a CDX (presumably), any mirror will do, from GLS to Elite.  If its an Elite, it needs an Elite mirror, due to the postion sensors for the mirror memory.
..it's a 2.6 CD 2001, so nothing as fancy as a memory. I've dismantled & repaired them before but I don't have any more covers for the drivers side..

Assuming doughnuts, and not diff mounts, then PM YZ250, I think he has a set of polys to sell.

knackered or at least very tired, diff mounts should also be expected and it would be worth inspecting them before starting the job. Then you can factor in the turnaround time on a pair of repaired mounts......
Oh dear, now I'm not sure...this is what the mot fail says:
"Nearside rear sub-frame rubber bush deteriorated resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.2)....same for the offside!

18
...the car failed it's mot  :(
Am therefore in need of these bushes - anyone?
I've seen the maintenance guide & there is a picture of poly bushes used & it seems logical to me to use them whilst I'm at it!
Anyone know where I may get these from?
Thanks.

...the current mirror is almost intact after being hit whilst the car was parked...
If nobody has a complete mirror, I could use just the housing to make good!
Please PM....

I managed to snap one of the pipes on my unit so need another...
Yes I know there are some on ebay but anyone on here got one for sale?
Thanks

Omega General Help / Fitting of aux belt....2.2 dti
« on: 22 August 2019, 15:23:32 »
It must be on the site somewhere but I can't find a picture of how to position the belt now that my new crank pulley is on.
Please enlighten me someone...thanks.  :-[

The pully would appear to be GM 55351711 (supersedes GM 9128177) . The bolt and the damper washer is GM 90502706. These parts are also used on Saabs.

Anyway a new pulley with bolt and washer is listed here @ £49.95 + £4 delivery.

Given that the bolt and washer is, on it's own, £21.50 delivered I don't imagine you'll do much better than that. This bolt and washer are said to be genuine GM.
Thanks for all the replies.....I believe 55351711 IS the correct GM part no.... so I ended up buying an OEM part from a company called BGA. It was £57 & comes with a 5 year warranty. I intend using the old bolt with blue threadlock  :y

Torsion vibration damper...OK, worked that out  :o

So, finally managed to get the old crank pulley off my 2.2.dti....feeling pretty pleased with myself  :y

I now need help to buy a new one....I first tried local vauxhall dealer - I nearly fell over at how much they wanted...
ebay....found car spares direct who tell me their parts are supplied by Primeline in Germany but not necessarily made there!

I don't want to spend all day researching this so any help with suppliers? I would prefer a genuine part as I don't want it to break in 12 months time but I don't want to spend a fortune either. I saw an old post on here saying avoid a FEBI......I keep seeing TVD on some ebay listings, what does that mean?

Obvs I will replace the belt whilst everything is in bits but should I be replacing anything else whilst I'm at it? I plan on keeping the car for a while yet...owned her for 7 years & still enjoy driving her.
Thanks.

Unless its stupidly cheap, and you accept its only for a temporary test, always buy brand new.
I'm sure you're right, brand new would be safer.

Wouldn't touch Vauxhall Car Parts...they sell copy parts at retail prices...if it has an N after their number its a pattern part which you can buy cheaper elsewhere
OK, thanks, that's good to know.

I would opt for 163054297258,being Bosch and more likely to be a better fit and better made but few £,s more. But that's just me as hate fixing something twice
Good point, I don't want to do it twice either but I can't find that no, where would you get it from?
Iv'e found 9118115: https://www.vauxhall-car-parts.co.uk/acatalog/VAUXHALL_IGNITION_COIL_-_Nos_2___4___6_-_9118115N.html
Would a Vauxhall one be a Bosch?
