You're right. Something not right about it.

Still, he's painted the brake calipers red so I'd buy it  :y

No NO NO you are all missing the point, as the listing says its a "sport bonnet"....that would explain why it looks too big for the front.  Yeah right! ;D

I have asked the following:

Quote
Can you please answer the following for me:

1) Does this car have HID lighting (as it should on an Elite) as I cant see the factory fitted washer jets which should be on the bumper.

2) Does it have front fog lights, these also appear to be missing from at least the drivers side.

3) Has it had a bump at the front, the bonnet fit looks poor.

4) When was the cambelt and tensioners last changed (should be every 40K miles or 4 years)?

5) Do you have the oiginal Bose radio (it should be a CCR2006)?

6) How are the tyres, brand, tread depth?

Many thanks for your help.

If I get a reply I will post it up.....

hadnt noticed the bad fit of the stereo

wonder what the check light is for on the MID
if it was me that would be clear and brake check performed!

and what on earth is that next to the drivers vanity mirror?

Yes the stereo is bad but then its not the right stereo.....and from experience this results in the Bose having a bit of a hair trigger as far as the volume control is concerned.

he's built out the bonnet to slightly cover the lights, its been on and relisted more than once i think, and is around £1500 less than its first unsuccessful asking price!

had it been unmodified, it would have been a really nice car :(

went unsold, will no doubt be relisted..

thinking about it, the "sports bonnet" and bumper without washer jets or even washer jet holes... has it had an unrecorded accident??
