Title: Wtd: Decentish Car Sub £500 Pref Est

Ok due our budget now being a little better we urgently require an Omega sub £500...obviously how much we spend will depend on condition year etc...

Must have tax and test for a while at least and must be a runner, can need a little work doing...a bit of rusts ok and maybe a couple of minor dents as I'm not expecting a minter at this price, but the better the car for the money...the better :y

Were in Gainsborough Lincolnshire and dont have transport currently so car will either need delivering or need to be somewhere I can get to by bus/train etc...

Prefer and estate and its better suited to our needs but let me know what you have :y

mantahatch had a red estate to fit the bill, near Southampton-worth a pm to see if he has sold it  :y

I have red saloon  96 Excellant condition but needs work on blower motor otherwise very good

Ok let me rephrase it...got no way of getting to the car...we have 3 young kids and cant spend the day travelling the country to collect it lol

Got a 2.0 16v saloon for sale in Derby

Needs some work to the exhaust, but have most of the parts. A bit of cosmetic rust around rear wheel arches but nothing major. Good runner.

Looking for 500, but would lower price if it was a decent offer. Send me PM if you're interested.

My 1996 N plate, 2.0 GLS Estate is for sale. Only bought it a few weeks ago but have been offered a job down under so it has to go.

149k mileage
4 new tyres ( 2 fitted on 03FEB)
New centre exhaust
New rear exhaust
Tax to April
MOT to October
10 CD changer in the boot
Nice inside, tidy outside

Located in Suffolk, near Sudbuy and Halstead.

Thanks for the offer Andy but defo sorted :y Got a 2000 registered very late mini facelift V reg 3.0 Elite saloon for £260 Taxed and MOT'd till the end of the year...have sorted the failed dispack and lead and its all up and running now...gotta clear the breathers and do the cam cover gaskets, brake disks and pads and it will be a very very nice car :y

Found it on here and saved it from the scrappage scheme...very right too! :y
