pad retaining pins

where can I get rear brake pad pins for my 03 2.6  saloon vented disc.They appear to be difficult to find. Anybody know the pin length to save be taking the wheel off.

Do they need replacing?  Its rare the pins fail/wear....

I wanted a set incase I found a problem whilst fitting new pads.Have done the job one pin was slightly corroded and the other ok.The length for future reference is 85mm.Eurocrap do a kit for vented disc but they are too  short.

just looked at faq the pin dimension was 75mm I think that is what I was offered for my car with vented discs My pins are 85mm overall.

It's the springs that fail. the central rivets rust through. Perhaps I should keep some spares.

Terry means the anti rattle springs for the rear pads, but yes the hand brake shoe retainers also rot away with backing plate ;)
