There was confusion last year.......
What should have happened is that I collect the cheques like last year. When you arrive just go to the reception just to confirm your are with the OOF Party. I would then later when people are set up collect their money and pay in one hit.

There can be four people to one pitch, so people sharing maybe a good idea if there is alot of people going, as there is around 20 pitches where we have been each time, also there is a few in a different area if we are stuck...
So I will only need a cheque of one person of people who are sharing... hope this makes sense...
So perhaps on the list of people who are coming if you could put who your sharing with would be an idea

I obviously ain't explaining myself properly  
Four people to a pitch would still be £16 per night. I think there is an additional charge of £5 per person over that.
So Timbuk Towers think we had 5 people in, I had to pay an extra £5 per night...
