DeLorean

It appears the company who own the rights to the name have now got the legislation passed in order to begin building the DMC-12 again. They'll be built in Texas and available in right hand drive form and can be shipped to the UK.Projected price will be $100,000[£75,000] Sadly ::) the PRV V6 engine will not be used :-X instead an as yet un-named 300-500bhp engine will be installed.

At least they are getting rid of the crap Renault V6 where the valley corrodes through and destroys the block (the valley of doom).

The deloreans rot, badly, in places that are hard to get to (been there, done that, on a work collegues car).

Also many many suspension issues, the lower front arms twist badly (fixed with steel plate and cross braces) but to name one..

You'd think any forward thinking company planning a modern DeLorean would make it all electric.  ::)

Oh hold on..... They're in Texas!  ;D
