i would like to change my glow plugs , which i have but i cant get the bloody plastic caps off ::)

Hi,

Hope everyone had a good christmas, ordered a gas heater for the garage today :y. Going to order brake discs and shocks tomorrow, looking at next friday maybe 2 get discs and thermostat done? Can do shocks anytime
