Air Bag Warning
« on: 18 October 2006, 07:54:19 »

Hi,
recently my 1998 2.0 CD kept cutting out at the lights, roundabouts or when coming to a stop. After I followed the excellent instructions for cleaning the idle valve this is now fixed  ;D.
But during one of the numerous restarts the Air Bag warning light has tripped and now flashes off for a second on start and stays on  >:(
This happend about a year ago and I took it to Vauxhall dealer who reset the lamp does one of you kind souls know if I can do this ?
Kind Regards
Mike

It needs some special equipment, but a few of us have this.

I suspect a connector probably needs cleaning, if the dealer has already cleared it once...
