No heater after after HBV change
« on: 15 September 2006, 23:26:54 »

Hi Guys, can anybody help on this one . just changed HBV & flushed out cooling system as my 3.0 was running a bit warm  ( around 100 mark) This has cured that problem & gauge now sits steady at 95. But cant get heater to blow hot . Cold & air con are fine. Both pipes at bulkhead to heater matrix in engine bay  are hot but no heat inside car . HELP !   cheers, Big Al

I recommend checking all your vacuum connections Al. The heater system is vacuum controlled so that is most likely where the problem is. :)

You may have a small airlock causing a problem as well.  But vacuums, as suggested, are most likely...
