Hello,

Just did a full fault code check on the car this evening and found a few which I expected but also one for the gearbox which is slightly worrying the messages is:

P1605 - Internal Control Module EPROM Error
 (08) - Not present

Does anyone know if this code is referring to an internal solenoid or the actual gearbox control unit not being recognised?

The gearbox all works fine as far as I can tell and I recently did an oil and filter change on it. But if there is a problem Id like to get it sorted.

Cheers
Phil

Its a code that relates to the TCM.

I'd clear it for now, see if it comes back. If it does, get it on some decent diagnostics kit, and see what happens then.
