A knowledge day meet where by lucky dip members cars will be calibrated free (worth £85) to whatever settings you desire... Domestic, Drift, track or just the tyre preservation version written by wim.

The intention of the knowledge day is to display what "Geometry" is all about explain and the need for it, how/why it needs to be placed efficiently.

We will feed and water you but don't expect the same splash as the open day...... (Hic)

I feel a reasonable time window is 10am-to-4pm.

In addition i will have two, two posters available on the day, so if there are any secret up-grades intended by members then this could be a welcomed opportunity for you. Be warned though "NO" wet work?.... Oils and alike, plus the project will need to be booked in.

That's it... I hope team OOF can read some value into this meet.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, watch, and understand geometry, and is specific to Omegas and OOF members.

Obviously, if your name is pulled out of the hat on the day, there is a limited amount of time WIM can spend on each car, so please consider weekly applying wd40 onto track rods, particularly the rears

Thats a shame.  We had to sort a date quickly, hence the vote only ran for a few hours - I'm sure you can appreciate that many different clubs are fighting for WIM Knowledge Days, so we had to make a quick decision that was based on not clashing with the Lakes meet, and what the majority could do.

Not to worry TB, My car has already had the WIM treatment (twice now!) so i've hopefully taken onboard some of the knowledge from Tony.

Just make sure there's plenty of photo's!

Completely understand! i have been away from the forum anyway. Must take the car when i next get some leave in from work!

Won't be able to make that one ... it's the weekend we leave for France ... 18 days of doing "not-a-lot" but eating/drinking/site seeing
