I have a replacement prodrive front bumper on my Elite. The rubber skirt is coming adrift. Must have hit something?

I have a pond which has acquired some blanket week in the last few weeks. It has been sunny!
I have used a Cloverleaf product briefly for this before and am trying it again now.
Anyone else out there with a similar problem who might share their remedy?
I really need to give the whole pond and system a deep clean though but have been a bit lazy about this.

My son as part of his uni course is spending a year in France as a language assistant in a French secondary school from October. His employment will be in Gennevilliers but we want to find him a small furnished apartment in Paris for a year from September.

Anyone have one of these?
I bought it about 6 months ago & worked fine.
Linked to PC recently for updates & has now locked (oppsed) with response ' no maps found'.
Have retried reset & recharge, plus upload etc more than once as per support help but unchanged.
Clues, or should I return to our friends Halfords?

We are going to Switzerland for a week at end August via Tunnel. As a precaution we have also booked parallel crossing by ferry back via DFDS Dunkirk. Otherwise Rotterdam or ........ Given current problems any advice?
